Pastor · Author · Coach · Founder
I help people think Biblically, lead faithfully, and build work that matters. My work brings together pastoral ministry, Biblical teaching, writing, athletics, leadership development, and organizational vision.
A Unified Calling
For years, my work has existed at the intersection of the local church, family discipleship, Biblical teaching, athletics, writing, and organizational leadership.
Those areas may look unrelated from the outside, but they are united by one conviction: every part of life belongs to God and should be carried out faithfully for His glory.
My goal is to develop people, clarify truth, and build work that serves the Kingdom of God.
Preaching the Word of God, shepherding the local church, developing leaders, and helping believers live with theological clarity and conviction.
Developing books, articles, podcasts, sermons, and resources that make Biblical truth clear, practical, and useful for everyday life.
Helping coaches, parents, pastors, and athletic leaders build cultures shaped by Scripture, discipleship, and faithful stewardship.
Helping ministries, families, teams, and organizations clarify their mission, build healthy systems, and lead with conviction.
My Work
These are the primary areas where my work is being developed and applied. Each one is shaped by Biblical truth, faithful stewardship, and done all for the glory of God.

Explore SDG Baseball ↗Foundational Convictions
These convictions guide the way I approach the church, family, work, leadership, and the world of athletics.
Scripture is not one voice among many. God's Word provides the final authority for faith, leadership, family, ministry, work, and life.
Christian work should strengthen the church Christ established and entrusted with the discipleship of His people.
Parents carry a God-given responsibility to disciple their children. Ministries and organizations should support the family in that responsibility.
Time, influence, opportunities, abilities, and resources are entrusted by God and should be developed and used faithfully.
Healthy leadership forms people, establishes clear standards, accepts responsibility, and equips others to serve faithfully.
The ultimate purpose of ministry, work, family, athletics, writing, and leadership is the glory of God.
