Drawing from Philippians 2 and the example of Christ Himself, this episode challenges players and parents to reject selfish ambition and pursue a team-first mentality that reflects the gospel. We discuss how pride and self-centeredness can damage both teams and relationships, while humility strengthens culture, leadership, and trust. Players are encouraged to serve teammates, accept roles, celebrate others, and compete with selflessness, while parents are challenged to cultivate humility rather than performance-driven selfishness.
